Nadira is a corporate and compliance lawyer with strong experience in hospitality, events, and property in Indonesia. Before joining Mantra, she led the legal function at Wonderland Uluwatu, overseeing contracts, licensing, regulatory compliance, and partnership structuring, while also managing multiple land transactions with a total value exceeding USD 10 million.
She previously worked at Emerhub, advising international and domestic clients on incorporation, licensing, and regulatory processes. Nadira brings a detail-driven, operationally aware approach that helps clients navigate Indonesia’s legal landscape with clarity and confidence.
